Return Process

  Ensure your watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films intact and includes the original packaging.

  Email our customer service department with your order number to receive a return authorization and the correct shipping address for our London studio.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your watch in its original box and use a padded envelope or shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to us using a tracked postal service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
