Where are Mr Jones Watches made?
Our watches are designed and small-batch produced in our London studio. We work with local printers and craftspeople to ensure every timepiece meets our artistic and quality standards.
What kind of movements do your watches use?
We use a variety of high-quality movements depending on the model, including Swiss-made automatic movements and reliable Japanese quartz movements.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our watches worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Is there a warranty on my watch?
Every Mr Jones watch comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or mechanical defects.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches are water-resistant to 5ATM (50 meters), meaning they can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water, but they are not suitable for swimming or diving.
